The following uses are for your information only. This is not an attempt to diagnose, just information on results from customers, friends & family members.    This is strictly for informational purposes based upon research and freedom of speech.

1) The first benefit myself, friends and my family have noticed from following the Sublingual (under the tongue) instructions, was that any bleeding gums or mouth sores were totally eliminated after one days use.  Most everyone I talk to has bleeding gums just from brushing their teeth.  My mother had a very bad sore spot from her dentures rubbing; it's all gone.
2)  If you're already sick, most people don't realize that you can reinfect yourself from any bacteria or germs that remain on your toothbrush. It's a good idea to spray your tooth brushes daily with CS.  Also, CS is great for bad breath.
3) The recommended maintenance dosage will vary for each person. “ I'm 6'4" and weigh 240 lbs..  I have been taking 1 ounce, twice daily, and haven't been sick now in almost 5 years.  I have known many people who have had a bad case of the flu, etc. and they took 1 ounce, 3 times a day for two days, flu was gone.”

20) CS has many great uses as a preservative, spray on leftover foods, an can be put into canning of foods. After washing vegetables and fruits, we spray them with CS for any possible bacteria.
21)  Always carry an extra bottle of CS in the car.  Whenever you go out to eat somewhere there is always a chance of getting E-coli poisoning. CS will kill E-coli within 3 minutes.  Whenever you have a upset stomach, always drink 1 ounce of CS.  I have heard from many people who have saved themselves from food poisoning with CS.

Everybody's body size and weight is different.  We suggest that you start off taking 1/4 level teaspoon of MSM daily, for one week.  Each week after, increase it another 1/4 level teaspoonful.  The key is to find your 'residual level' (comfort level), and you will know this when all your aches and pains are gone.  Then you can stick with that amount daily.  If any pains should return then increase again 1/4 level teaspoonful.  Depending how deficient  your system is, some people get relief in minutes, and some it can take a couple of days or weeks. Your body will utilize the MSM according to your bodies priorities, and it will send the MSM where it needs it the most. Also, depending on how 'toxic' a persons system is, they may experience flu like symptoms while their body is detoxing.  This generally lasts only a couple of days.  It takes 12 hours for your body to totally use up the MSM in your system. That's why it's important to maintain a 'residual level' going through your system at all times. We recommend taking it first thing in the morning and again before 5pm. MSM is a little bitter, but can be mixed with your favorite juice. Animals generally love MSM, you can sprinkle it on their food or mix it with water/or CS and squirt it into their mouth with a plastic eye dropper.
